Defibrillator

A defibrillator is mounted on the wall adjacent to 15 Main Street, Irton (south side of street).

To access the defibrillator:

1. Call 999 or 112

2. Keep calm and follow instructions

3. Tell the call operator your location

4. You will be given an unlock code

5. Stay on the line for further guidance

Postal Service

Seamer Post Office

The village post box is located on Main Street, Irton (across from Porritt Lane). Last collection time is 9.00am (Monday to Friday) and 7.00am (Saturday).

The nearest Post Office is located at 68 Main Street, Seamer (inside the Proudfoot supermarket). Last collection time is 4.00pm (Monday to Friday). 

 

Flooding (Sandbags)

In the event of flooding, there is a public sandbag storage shed in front of the Scout Hall on the east side of Irton Moor Lane, just north of Ayton Road (B1261).
